Engaging Webesters Studio for paid services is subject to the terms of the relevant proposal, invoice or service agreement accepted by both parties.

Project Agreements & Scope of Work

Before commencing a paid project, Webesters Studio and the client should agree on the project scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and any applicable dependencies.

Requests beyond the agreed scope, including additional pages, campaign changes, new design concepts or substantial revisions, may require a revised quotation or separate agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals and the materials necessary to complete agreed work.

• Providing authorized access to relevant websites, advertising accounts and platforms.
• Supplying accurate business information, logos, content and other required assets.
• Confirming that supplied materials may lawfully be used for the project.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Complying with applicable advertising, intellectual property and consumer laws.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines.

Payments & Billing

Service fees, payment schedules, applicable taxes and billing arrangements will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice or service agreement.

Any advance payment, milestone payment, monthly retainer or renewal arrangement must be agreed upon before it applies.

Advertising Budgets

Unless expressly included in a written quotation, advertising platform expenditure, domain registration, hosting, paid software and third-party subscription charges are separate from our service fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation procedures, notice periods and refund eligibility for paid services will depend on the applicable project agreement and the work already performed.

Any eligible refund will be assessed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. Non-refundable third-party charges, if any, should be identified in the relevant agreement.

Revisions & Project Delivery

The number of revisions, delivery schedule and approval process will be determined by the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions or material changes requested after approval may involve additional fees or revised deadlines, subject to prior agreement.

Project timelines may also depend on client feedback, content delivery, platform access and third-party service availability.

SEO & Advertising Results

Digital marketing outcomes are influenced by factors outside any agency's direct control, including search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, competition, market conditions and user behaviour.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Webesters Studio does not guarantee specific search rankings, website traffic, advertising conversions, leads or revenue.

Performance targets, reporting arrangements and campaign objectives will be documented in the relevant service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, graphics and other original materials belonging to Webesters Studio are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Ownership and permitted use of deliverables created for clients will be governed by the applicable project agreement. Third-party assets, licensed software, fonts, plugins and stock materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Clients must have the necessary rights to any materials they provide to us.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Our work may involve platforms such as Google, Meta, WordPress, hosting providers, analytics tools and other third-party services.

These providers have their own terms, privacy policies and operational rules. Their services may be changed, suspended or discontinued independently of Webesters Studio.

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms of platforms associated with their accounts and campaigns.

Confidentiality & Privacy

We aim to handle confidential project information responsibly and use it for the purposes of providing the agreed services.

Any project-specific confidentiality commitments should be documented in the relevant agreement. Personal information collected through our website is addressed in our separate Privacy Policy.

Clients should avoid sharing passwords through unsecured channels and should provide account access using appropriate platform permissions wherever possible.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, website availability and the performance of third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Any contractual allocation or limitation of liability will be subject to the relevant service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service Suspension & Termination

Either party may request termination in accordance with the notice periods, outstanding payment obligations and other conditions in the applicable service agreement.

Upon termination, any outstanding deliverables, payments, access permissions and transfer of agreed project materials will be handled according to that agreement and applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are intended for a business operating in India. Applicable law and the procedure for resolving contractual disputes should be specified in the relevant service agreement.

Nothing in these terms restricts any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Webesters Studio may update these website Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in its services, operations or applicable requirements.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes to existing paid project agreements will be handled according to the amendment terms of those agreements.
